It has a large dustbin which is ideal for reducing the frequency with the frequency you have to empty it. It is compatible with digital mapping and virtual barriers which allows you to program the robot to stay out of certain areas or to stop cleaning completely to stop it from becoming stuck.
It's not the most effective for its price, but it's better than the majority of other options. The Roborock E4 is more advanced than the Roomba 694 with superior cleaning performance on carpets that are low and bare. It also has a more durable battery and a more efficient path. In our tests during our tests, the IQ was capable of handling pet hair effectively, clearing an impressive amount of debris from floors with no flooring and fair amounts on medium-pile carpet. It was less effective on shag carpets, as it struggled to get at dirt and dust embedded within the fibers. It was capable of maneuvering chair legs, tight spaces, and the bottom of an wooden IKEA step stool. It was slower on bare flooring, but it recovered speed and was more efficient than the other robots we test.
The IQ is a more suitable option for most users than the iRobot Roomba. It has a larger dustbin, lasts longer on a charge, and is capable of moving itself around obstacles. It also comes with a mopping attachment that can tackle sticky mess. The iRobot however, is better built and has less components that require replacement or maintenance, incurs less cost per year, and can create virtual no go zones using its companion app. It can continue cleaning where it left off even if its battery runs out before it finishes. The iRobot can also be controlled via voice commands, which is a major benefit for many users.
Eufy 11S
The eufy RoboVac 11S isn't the most feature-rich robot vacuum around however it offers powerful cleaning capabilities at an affordable price. This robot vacuum is designed for consumers with a tight budget who don't need a complex mapping system, or an app to control it. The robot is able to last for more than an hour. It comes with a remote control, cleaning tool, and AC power adapter.
The 11S is slim and sleek with a tempered glass upper deck that covers plastic and is made to look like brushed aluminum. It's a refreshing departure from the industrial and utilitarian designs of Roomba, Samsung and Neato.
In our tests, the eufy 11S was excellent at picking up larger particles and fine dust on hard floors. However, it struggled to provide medium and high pile carpeting an effective deep clean. The device is capable to hit furniture and people along its route. However, it is able to detect these obstacles using sensors. When it comes across them, it halts and emits an alarm so that you can manually steer it around the obstacle and then get back to work.
The BoostIQ mode is another fantastic feature of the Eufy11S. It lets you set the robot up to automatically adjust the suction strength based upon the type of floor and the amount of mess. The remote control makes it simple to guide the 11S to the desired place.
If you don't have much furniture in the room you're looking to vacuum Single Room Mode is an excellent alternative. The eufy will spend 30 minutes focusing on cleaning the area it's assigned to.
